The fact that when I ordered it it was around a week before Christmas and I paid extra for it to arrive on time and didn’t receive until after Christmas Day the 26 th. The point of ordering was to wear for the day of not after so. I send a message to customer service told them I wanted to cancel order. They told me that I couldn’t return until after I received the sweater. I’m still waiting on the return tag but I have not received any thing. Need to return ASAP to get money back. Very frustrating and disappointing.
